Sara K. Vogeler
With nearly 50 years of experience, Sara K. Vogeler has dedicated her career to helping people relieve pain, restore balance, and move with freedom.
She holds a Master’s degree, is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Body-Mind Centering® Practitioner, a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist, and an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer.
Sara began her journey with a B.S. in Dance Therapy from New York University (1974), combining movement, anatomy, and somatic practices to support healing and transformation. Over the years, she has worked with clients of all ages—from newborns to seniors—including well-known personalities such as Mary Tyler Moore, Bette Midler, Tony Robbins, and Olympic gold medalist Sara Hughes.
As Founder & Director of The NeuroMuscular Center, Inc., established in 1990 in New York City, Sara integrates neuromuscular therapy, corrective exercise, nutrition, and hormone balancing into a holistic approach that goes beyond symptom relief to create lasting wellness.
